Thoughts on eBay’s New Incentives for Top-Rated Sellers
Yesterday eBay—which is the main focus of my work-at-home business—announced that it will be giving out some new perks to those sellers out there who have the best track records for providing great service to their customers.
These new perks come in the way of savings on final fees, which is always good news for anyone involved with selling on eBay. It can sometimes get pretty pricey running an eBay business, especially when you’re focused on selling a lot of products at once.
But yesterday’s announcement is especially motivating for sellers, as these fees can be reduced up to 20% for sellers with a high enough feedback rating. In order to qualify for this discount, you must secure at least 100 sales every year totaling $3,000. But that’s still a pretty fantastic savings, right?
I think this is a great move on eBay’s part, and not just because my work is focused on that website. So many people are hesitant to shop online due to the high risks involved, and giving your sellers an extra incentive to provide good customer service will hopefully make that environment even more secure than it already is.
So way to go, eBay! I knew there was a good reason I’ve been hard at work in this industry for as long as I have.
